All of Haven Cafe's coffee is custom blended and fresh roasted by Midnight Sun Coffee Roaster, based in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory.

The beans we purchase are all organic and Fair Trade certified, making them absolutely delicious, plus environmentally and socially conscientous. They are available in bulk by the half pound, pound, and tonne quantity!

Here at Haven we believe in fresh coffee, and so we limit our selection to a few varietals that we can stock very fresh and frequently. Our current selection is:

organic haven blend: our signature blend! medium bodied with a smooth, nutty flavor and a chocolately finish.
organic sumatra dark roast: custom roasted dark for us, this is a full bodied, rich and earthy brew.
organic espresso traditional: our espresso beans are blended after roasting for a full, complex flavor, excellent as a straight espresso shot, or blended into drinks.
organic decaf french roast: this swiss water processed decaf is dark roasted, rich, and flavorful.
